Slaw

Hello! It's been a while. So much has happened in the last month, but who can't relate at this point? I took a break from the chaos of 2020 this week to write about the underdog of a side dish, coleslaw. (Slaw, as I prefer to call it, so as not to bring up horrific memories of atrocities committed against shredded cabbage.)
